Welcome to Leisure Angels Afterschool Wraparound Care! We are excited to welcome your child to Leisure Angels Afterschool Club. This handbook has been designed to provide parents with the information they need about our clubs, including our policies, procedures, and activities. Our Mission and Values at Leisure Angels
Safeguarding is of the utmost importance at Leisure Angels. All staff are trained in safeguarding and child protection protocols, and we follow strict guidelines to ensure the safety of every child. We encourage parents to review our safeguarding policy and to contact us with any concerns.
Important Information for Parents
Contact Information Updates: If there are any changes to your contact details or emergency information, please inform the school office via email or phone as soon as possible.
Medical Forms and Medication: Ensure that all required medical forms are submitted before your child starts at the club. If your child requires medication during club hours, please complete the medication administration questions and speak with a staff member for proper arrangements.
Illness and Attendance: If your child is unwell, please keep them at home. Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning to the club. In case your child becomes ill or there is an emergency during club hours, we will immediately contact you via phone and email.
